Toogosnay calling on his colleagues in the music industry to make more positive music.

"We live in a country where the crime rate is climbing daily, said Toogosnay in a recent interview a place where not even the elderly or the women and children are safe any more. Pedophiles are all over the place kidnapping little girls and sexually molesting them. Jamaica needs a spiritual healing, and I believe that every artiste in this country has a role to play in saving the country," he said.

He continued, "I'm calling on all of my colleagues in the music industry who are singing songs that are promoting violence and promiscuity, to turn a new page and start recording songs with positive messages. I know some people will say I sound simplistic, but the music has a great influence on the mind of the people. So, we need to make music that inspire them to do the right things."

Toogosnay is currently promoting two new singles, Forgein Exchange and Life Style. Both were produced by Natral Enterprise label and released on May 10.

"I'm pleased with the response that my new singles are receiving. I'm grateful for all the support that my music is getting from DJs all over the world. I also have to big up Natral Enterprise for seeing my talent and believing in me," said Toogosnay.

Toogosnay, whose given name is Michael Phillips, hails from Trench Town in Kingston. He launched his recording in 2014 with the release of a single titled Westbank Family, featuring D_Ballad - Pop Dat on the Rave Entertainment imprint.
